My room was a Grand Beautiful Two-Bedroom Balcony Kids & Teens Club & Private Cinema. The room was spacious. The breakfast buffet featured multiple options (especially the pastries!).

room size peaceful beach helpful concierge
The room size was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the peaceful beach area on the adult side. The beach staff always reserved my spot, lounger and sun umbrella 320, throughout the day. I felt so special. The concierge team were helpful. Jagdish assisted with my luggage during check-in and checkout.
The water pressure in the bathroom was a little low.

The breakfast staff were cute, polite, lovely, and kind. The service staff and the team at the cute desk. My mocha at the afternoon tea lounge had a great taste, and the lady serving had a great personality.

low pressure buzzing sound
The e-butler service was helpful. Sunil from the team.
The water pressure in the bathroom was low. some lights near the tv made a buzzing electrical sound. I found this irritating.

smelly duvet cover slow check-in
the bed was super comfortable at least.
the checking in process was slow. i had to wait a long time for my room. when i finally got in, it was not clean. my duvet cover was very smelly and i couldn't sleep well.
